These terms cover two things: how we work with clients, and the rules for using this website. Your written proposal sets out the details of your project; these terms cover everything else. If anything is unclear, ask us before you accept a proposal.

Who are these terms between?

MyBebine is a brand operated by Los Bebes Inc, Old Treasury Street, Commercial Avenue, Bamenda, North-West Region, Cameroon (“we” or “us”). “You” means our client, or anyone using this website.

How does a project start?

Every engagement starts with a written proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work begins once you accept it and pay any deposit it requires. If your proposal differs from these terms, the proposal applies to your project.

The prices on our pricing page are starting points; the price in your proposal is the one that applies. Prices for Cameroon and the CEMAC zone apply to businesses registered in that zone.

How does payment work?

Web projects: a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% at launch, unless your proposal says otherwise.
Merchant Center suspension fixes for international clients: a deposit up front, and the balance only after Google reinstates the account. The deposit covers the audit and the fixes we perform, whatever Google decides.
Monthly services: invoiced each month, as set out in your proposal.
Advertising budgets: you pay Google directly. Ad spend never passes through us and is separate from our fees.

CEMAC clients can pay by Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) or bank transfer in FCFA; international clients by card or bank transfer in USD or EUR.

Is there a launch offer?

Yes, for our founding clients. Agreements signed on or before 31 December 2026 (Douala time) get 20% off our published standard prices:

on the first project, or on the first three months of a monthly service;
excluding advertising budgets and any third-party costs;
one offer per client, not combinable with other discounts.

In return, you allow us to publish the results of our work for you as a case study. You review it before it goes live, and we can leave your company name out if you prefer. From 1 January 2027, our standard prices apply.

How long do monthly services last?

SEO, Google Ads management and AI search programs start with a three-month initial term, because this work needs time to show measurable results. After that, they continue month to month, and either of us can end them with 30 days’ written notice (email is fine).

Who owns the work?

Once you have paid in full, you own the accounts, domains, code and content we set up or create for your project. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how; where they are built into your project, you may keep using them as part of it.

Your accounts stay in your name. We access them only through user invitations, for example in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Search Console or your store’s admin, and we never ask for your passwords or copies of your ID documents. You can remove our access at any time.

What can’t we guarantee?

We commit to careful work, clear reporting and honest advice. We don’t guarantee rankings, Merchant Center reinstatement, citations in AI answers, leads or revenue. Those outcomes depend on decisions made by Google and AI companies, on your market and on other factors outside our control. As Google itself puts it, “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.”

We are not responsible for decisions, outages or policy changes by Google, Meta, OpenAI or other third-party platforms.

What do we need from you?

Accurate and complete information about your business, products and policies
Products, services and claims that are lawful where you sell them
Timely access to accounts, and timely content, feedback and approvals

If access or content arrives late, the timeline moves accordingly.

How do we handle confidential information?

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. We share it only with the people and providers who need it for your project, or when the law requires it. We won’t name you as a client or publish your results without your written permission. We ask you to treat our proposals and project pricing as confidential too.

How is our liability limited?

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. This limit doesn’t apply where the law does not allow it, such as in cases of fraud.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, and disputes go to the competent courts of Bamenda. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory rules in the country where you live. Before any formal step, please talk to us: we would much rather resolve a disagreement directly.
